This is a 4‑week online men’s group for first‑time dads. It’s a space to talk, connect, and be honest about the wild, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming experience of becoming a father.

This isn’t therapy or advice — it’s real talk, brotherhood, and support.

Group starts week of July 15
Sessions held Sunday or Wednesday evenings (UK time) tbc.
£60 total for all 4 sessions
